That's a bit over my skill level .....

Typically, those curved forms are built using thin layers and pressed in a 2 sided male/female form with lots of clamps for pressure and a vacuum press. The dentil moldings can be bent with hot water or steam and glued in place after the form is complete. Getting the recessed portion in the center is what would stop me ..... :sad2:

A CNC router would be able to rout those curves out of a solid piece, BUT that's just not practical.

welcome to the forum, Mad.
where did you find that photo ?? somebody somewhere made it
and possibly made a project post about it.
I don't know squat about CNC work.
have you googled "How to make a curved Cabinet Door" yet ??
"How it's Made".

.
I took the photo from one of workshops in my city but they dont guide me.
i cant use this video because they use 5 axis cnc machine but mine is 4 axis.
So my problem is how to create curved mdf with exact size ?
