hello everyone i'm new here and need some advises about finishing a wooden floor.
The floors in our house are 150 years old, and are made of Pine (3 bedrooms,1 living room, stqirs and corridor)
We just finish to sand them, filled all the gaps and we are ready to treat it
But we don't know what product will be the best.
Some people have told us Wax, some varnish (acrilic based) and we have looked around on the net and we are very confused.

If anyone could give us some advises it will be great
thanks

I use Bona Kemi Mega on the floors I do. I have used their Traffic line but it's expensive and once you add the catalyst you either have to use it or loose it.

This is of course a water based finish. If you stain the floor, wait at least 24 hours before applying finish and you should use Bona Kemi Bonaseal for the first coat.
