Tip out tray hardware (under sink)

I'm remodeling a bathroom and the panel in front of the sink is held in place with a metal clip and plastic part that snaps in. Not sure why they bothered to use that, rather than a piece of wood that holds it but I didn't design it.

I want to have a tray mounted to it and I have seen many in the past, but never looked at the hardware. I found the Rev-A-Shelf hinges and mounted it with those, but they're really crap. They have a soft close that a supplier described as 'great- I have them in my kitchen", but it looks like the same hinge with a soft close added. I happened to be at Lowe's and checked out a $349 vanity and found that the tray has soft close, isn't rickety like the Rev-A-Shelf and uses typical soft close door hinges, but the part I want which limits the angle for the open tray, called a 'butterfly', isn't easy to find.

In the grand scheme of things, I could eat the cost of shipping from OVE-Decors, but I'm surprised that Menard's HD, Lowe's, Rockler and Woodworker's Store don' have this piece, shown in the photo, at the right of the tray.

If anyone has used something like this, I would appreciate being pointed to a supplier. I could make it, but I have more than enough to do in order to finish this bathroom.

Thanks, in advance.

I've always used this type. Amazon.com I've never had any problems with them. No telling how many different brands make similar hinges. You can even purchase it as a set that comes with a left and right hinge and the soap tray. The opening size would need to be a minimum of 4". I don't see any need for soft close, the front only travels a few inches.
