Cutting 5/8" plywood flush under toekick?

Have to replace plywood "subfloor" and want to cut it flush with face of toekick beneath the cabinet due to water damage. I have seen the specialty saws for this purpose....not impressed. I have also seen attachments for a blade on a RotoZip. Any other ideas? Thought of flexing a long sawzall blade under there, but doesn't appear feasable. Trying not to cut the shiplap beneath it. Thanks in advance!

Hi, from Greenfield, WI I am in the hardwood flooring business, so I am very familiar with the saws for this job. The toe kick saws out there actually work quite well. The Fein tool works okay, is very expensive, and the replacement blades are quite expensive as well. My choice would be the toe kick saw. A sawzall works, but messes things up a lot under there. Good luck..

Cutting plywood under toekick....

Took the obviously experienced advice and picked up a Bosch Flushcut saw and course blade and put it to work....worked perfectly! Not the fastest job, but nice clean cuts with not too much effort! Thanks for all your input!
