Black and Decker table saw wiring diagram to add soft-start module

I'm looking at adding a soft-start to my Black and Decker BES720 but the wiring for it is a bit opaque, it's a generic Kedu 011713 NVR switch with wires running to the stator and brake coils but (a) it's not clear which ones go where and (b) they've joined two of them together so instead of four wires going out there's three, and they all vanish into a run of cable going to the motor. Does anyone know the pinouts for this, which wires go to the stator coil, and how they've set it up to run three wires instead of four?

Yeah, I should have just said "Black and Decker" in the subject since it's fairly generic, I've corrected that now. There's a ton of stuff out there on adding soft starters to DeWalts, things like the 7491, so I'm sure someone has done this before, it's just a case of finding that someone... the catch is figuring out the wiring of the stator and brake coils since B+D (well, TTI) seem to have run a common wire to two of them.
