The tool is the Bostick pneumatic assist flooring stapler. I wouldn't be doing this job if I couldn't have this tool. Manual staplers are for young

We decided to go with felt/tar paper as a moisture barrier although this is the second floor and isn't really needed instead of the resin paper.
