Hi,
I work as a specialist of projects in a municipality administration. We have hundreds of workers who are paid by the state and our area is rich in forest resources. It is important for us to attract tourists so I am looking for the most beautiful examples of handcrafted log homes or wooden bridges and pavilions. i would like to find some examples of wooden homes (there are many photos of wooden bridges and pavilions I have downloaded) but as I do not have experience would like to receive your opinions or see your projects. Thanks in advance.

Pioneer Log Homes in William's Lake, British Columbia creates nice log shacks for $2-3 million each, then ships them all over the world for final assembly.

One the home page at Magard Log Home Building Tools, PLH may have built the home illustrated.

I saw them on the web - some are real works of art.

Helicopter Holidays is a heliski operation with a log lodge for 12 guests in Crescent Spur, BC.
I attended a rock concert with 69 other people, in the living room. Before that, there was a buffet supper for us in the dining room. As a log home and business, most impressive, as it should be.
I cannot reach around the log pillars which hold up the second floor balcony.

Together with holiday cabins and private homes, I don't like log homes. Usually spectacular to look at from the outside but dark and gloomy inside.
