I've just finished going through the thread, Project Showcase, back-log - starting with the first, Big Dave's Hope Chest on September 17, 2006. Needless to say that was a project in and of itself. Doing it, however, was great. I was inspired continuously from artistic, one of a kind pieces to solid design and builds to great jigs. All filled with lots of help and encouragement to others.

And so to all those who have posted for 7 years, thank you. :notworthy:

I am newer to the forum than most but I try to post as much as possible. I would say you have actually been a great inspiration to some of my projects. Especially one of the ones that you used the fuming process to color your wood. I tried my best to imitate it on a large chestnut frame I gave to my sister in law that housed a really old piece of stained glass that she found. It came out wonderful so I have to say THANK YOU!
