I am starting a blog to share some of the things I have learned over the years as a professional finisher. Most from making every mistake that can be made and learning how to fix it. ;) I don't claim these things are the only answers to wood finishing, just what has worked for me in the large shop, high end finish field. Feel free to use what you can and I will answer any questions you may have.

My first attempt is a post on inspection of the wood surface before finish.

I'm looking forward to it.

Finishing is my biggest weak point, which in itself is a rather lengthy list.
