Somewhere in the myriad of sharpening threads I saw a link to a jig that's used to set the angle of your grinder's tool rest. Similar to the Raptor jigs but with multiple angles on one tool. Supposed to be dead on with an 8" wheel and within 2* with a 6". Anybody know what I'm referring to?

TIA

stewart Batty's may be the one your looking for http://woodturning.org/

My wooden ones can be set up for a flat tool rest as well. Instead of having 3 points that go in the V arm you simply make 2 points for the grinding wheel and the 3rd side is flat to sit on your tool rest You do have to establish the angle first but once you have the angle and make the jig it is very accurate for resetting the table.
