there seems to be 3 or 4 different elements there - which one are you asking about ?
what part of the world are you in? and where did you get the photo?

I am thinking Zebra Wood, but then again, I havent seen any in a very long time so my 'recall' may be way off.

Since the O/P is somewhere in Asia, I would lean towards their local woods, Monkeypod, etc.
The photo was probably pulled off the internet, it could be anything from anywhere in the world.
We won't know anything about it until the O/P comes back.

I have never seen any teak that looked like that. Not even close. And I have been around boats for a very long time.

Many of us have have been "stumped" with i.d.'s on various wood species. I recently shared a web link that has been quite helpful to me in past years, and I'm sure with many others. The website helps with identifying woods from around the Globe, and includes a cast of details about each species. The site also offers books for those who are collectors of exotic woods.
