Hello folks. This week's project is going to be a pair of bread boxes. The actual sketchup design is pretty easy so I added a few extra items. I will show you how to easily add layers and scenes to create a printable plan. I will also show you how to make a cut list in the file itself instead of using a third party plugin such as "cutlist". This will allow you to have the actual cut list without the plugin (linux users cannot install plugins). Have a great Wednesday everyone!

Thanks for this, I'd downloaded sketchup & tooled around a bit but it's nice to see this specific application & how it helps the planning process with out running back & forth for more lumber, or worse running out after they're closed.
