Please could someone tell me whether you can Laminate one side of MDF or chipboard and veneer the other side with real wood veneer? I have been told that you have to keeps the sides balanced, is there any other way? Please help.
I don't see a problem with laminate on one side and wood veneer on the other. MDF is a stable substrate and should not be affected by different materials on either side.
