I am looking for an example of a desk, cabinet, table, or other furniture with a plug door (or hatch) that pushes inwardly and which is invisible from the outside (i.e., forms a flush outside surface, like a hidden door). Preferably a design that is usable for routing wires, like a computer desk or stand. The plug should be hinged and leave the opening completely clear with nothing protruding into the opening. Something like the image above. I am looking for evidence that such a thing was made in the past.
