Just finished this side table to go with the two previous projects. All solid maple. The top, lower shelf , and baseboard are hard maple and the rest of the piece is soft maple. Finish is aniline dye, danish oil, and polyurethane varnish. All joinery is either biscuits or bamboo pins. The table replaced a similar Broyhill chinese table made from some sort of wood akin to poplar.
