Made from scrap pine and gently distressed to my liking. I love the way the scratches turned out. Its not finished yet. Trying to decide between parkers super glaze and the rockhard stuff that people talk about.
On finished, I use a 2 part epoxy and sand it to a finished sheen that I like. It's rock hard and repairable with sandpaper and steel wool.
I doubt you want to go that route though.
Thanks. I am prepared for issues if they happen I am just hoping for the best. Its for a friend that don't have much money and asked if I could build her a table cheap. If it messes up due to warping or cracking ill build her another. It didnt cost me anything but some glue and some screws for the apron. I didnt glue it to the apron hoping that would allow enough movement to stop any issues.
