The second one looks like a SB #12 (series) Veneer scraper or similar brand. http://www.supertool.com/StanleyBG/stan3.htm
Don't have any idea on the value of it.

The 45 looks to be in reasonable shape, but I don't know much about them or if the one in the picture is even complete. Does it come with any irons?

The block plane is nothing special, but would be handy to have if you need a block plane.

The duplex rabbet plane is of unknown brand, is missing the fence and depth stop - IMO it isn't worth much.

I don't need them for any particular project. Always keeping an eye out for a deal and I don't have two of those planes.

I would pass also,
acquired a complete 45 a few months ago and got sent in the box another almost complete 45 with the deal. Both where in very good condition, but getting parts to make the other one complete can be very pricey. Another fence with knob, 30 dollars * shipping, screws can be pricey also for the rods, I had them, but the micro adjusting screw is at the lowest $12...irons? another hit on the wallet.
