I've started working in a new shop and I am told that all of my paneling should be cut on the sliding table saw. This presents a problem trying to get consistent rips without a square rip fence. The fence toes away from the blade in any position it is in. What is usually the cause of a heavy duty industrial slider's fence not being square? I can't seem to find how to adjust the thing for square. Thanks.
