Currently working on a project with oil-based poly and I'm looking to get into spraying both poly and paint. I did a bunch of research yesterday on spraying poly and most people recommend to spray water based poly, but the stuff I usually like to build is more useful items which would be exposed to water from glasses and things. So the oil-based poly is a better match.

With that being said, I couldn't find a clear cut guide for which spray gun to use or the mm tips to use. Some people said to use anywhere from 1-1.4mm for the poly. Does this sound right?

My next project will be painted so I'm looking to get one gun that I can just swap the tips on to spray the paint. What are the typical mm size tips to spray paint with?

Does anyone have any experience with the grizzly guns? They seem to be reasonably priced for entry level, but not a crappy product.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
