This shot reminds me of the "Lost Souls" characters in the video game DOOM. I was a huge DOOM fan for many years.

In addition to the monsters I carve each year, I also do one pumpkin that has our son's age. Why? Well, it's just a tradition we have going that I wouldn't be allowed to stop even if I wanted to. :laughing:
He is 12 this year. Here is that pumpkin.

And here's the one from 2010. I always use a digital number font because it allows any digits to be cut, yet remain attached to the rest of the pumpkin.
