Here's my first project - I used an Ana White plan for it. I know it's not the finest example of woodworking out there, but I think I did okay for the first try. My wife is hesitant to let me build our king size bed, so I had to do a smaller project first. I now have the go ahead for building the bed! Now if only I could talk her into letting me get a table saw...:smile:
That came out nice! Find a bed she'd want to buy then figure out the cost of materials to build it your self. With the money you could save you could buy that table saw

I'm in the middle of a bed build right now. I'm making a bed that my wife saw for $1850 for less than $125.
Just remember most tool addictions start with a table saw purchase.lol
Looks great and sturdy. I knew that your wife thinks that you're ready to build the bed. I'm sure she'll approve the table saw if she knows how much both of you can save if you build it yourself. Looking forward to see the finished bed.
