I have a chance to get an RBI Hawk 220 VS scroll saw possibly. Does anyone know about these. What are they worth?

Around here they go for $100 to $400 used. I think it was Bushton Manufacturing (or Industries) that bought RBI out, you can still get parts from them. It's a good solid machine.

From what I have heard they are good machines. As long as it has variable speed I'd go for it even thou it is 220 volts if in good condition.

It would be 110 volts, the 220VS is a 20" variable speed saw, some people prefer RBI over Hegner and Dewalt. I have a Hegner and a Delta, both do well but would like to get a RBI, missed one a few weeks ago, 220VS, the guy was asking $80.00, I wasn't quick enough.........
