I've never seen just the blades that could be made into screw drivers.
I would look on Ebay for used ones and knock the handles off of them.
There is not a good way to grip a hex shank for a handle. The plastic handles on most are molded onto the steel at the time of manufacture which is the strongest way, but for wood handle check this out:
