Hello! I am a newbie to the forum and already found lots of great info here. I have a Ryobi AP 1301 planer that I picked up as a floor model at Home Depot. It needed blades which I found at a good price. But I also need 3-4 of the square head bolts that are tightened to hold the blades in place as they were missing too.

I've searched the net and can find them listed in the parts lists biut no one carries them as they are "obsolete". Does anyone know where I can locate new ones? Or can i run the planer without 2 on each blade?

thanks for any info you got!

The first thing you should do is go to the introduction section and tell us a little about yourself and on that note welcome to the forum.

Can you take another bolt out and take it to a local hardware store or either a big box store and try to match something up. There are plenty of places on the net that you should be able to locate some from even if it's been discontinued from Ryobi.

Once again welcome and enjoy the place there is a lifetime of knowledge here.
