That is what I was thinking also. No I didn't get the sales guys name and I paid cash.

You paid cash and purchased it "from Rigid Carbide."

Did you actually buy it from a booth that was set up as a Rigid Carbide booth. Or was it just some salesman selling tools.

If it was not a Rigid Carbide booth then calling them will have no effect.

Was this show in your home town. If so them probably the manager of the facility where it was held can tell you who was the owner of the booth. You may be able to contact them and tell them about the mistake.

Yeah, it was an actual Ridge Carbide booth. There website says that they were at that show. I called the 1 800 number yesterday but it must have been after hours. I'm going to try again today.
