That seems like a pretty good purchase to me Rob. I can't tell from the picture if it is 4 inch or 6 inch. If it is 6 inch, then that does seem to be a good price. Is the motor only 220 volt, or can it be rewired for 120 volt?
If it is dual voltage that would help out a lot.

I think that the 50 was a 6". If so, I agree with Gerry. Also agree that you should check to see if it can be used for 110. However, such machines don't last long on Craigslist and if you want it, I would recommend buying it. It also depends on how much woodworking you want to do, but if you hope to do more, I would suggest that if you can wire your shop for 220, you should. Many machines that you might like are 220.

Long as there's no damage to the tables and the fence locks down, that's a good price. Worst case, you can always change the motor if you need 110v.
