Can't recall ever seeing one, but they're not difficult.
Buy the bearing,
Turn a base about an inch thick, large enough to hold the bearing. (lazy susan bearings range from 5" to 10" that I've bought from Rockler).
That platter in the pic is beautiful by the way, but I include a lip on mine.
