I see why you like building wooden models of things, it is more difficult than building casework or building a house or some stairs. It really gets the old brain exercising. My hat is off to you.
EDIT *** After reading this post again, some may think I am blowing smoke, give it a try and see what I mean. Building houses, casework and stairs is just second nature to me, I have done that most of my life. Trying to figure out how to make really small parts is tougher than it looks, at least to me it is. I am also in the process of learning to use wood working tools I never used in building.
