After receiving some feedback that the original "On This Week's Show" was getting a little graphic intensive and causing some folk's computers to bog down, I am starting a new thread with the newest shows starting in 2020. I hope you enjoy the posts.

Kenny - another one of your fine projects !!
but, this one is something that anyone interested in serious turning
of resin encapsulated items should really invest in.
it does not have to be complicated or expensive.

I first learned of this process back in the early '70s when I was in the
Navy on a Submarine Tender. the Plastics Shop was making ship's
plaques out of resin in a rubber mold. I just happen to drop by when
they were running a batch and I was intrigued by the simple process
of removing bubbles from the castings.
at that time, I was using Castolite® trying to make clear resin casts
of large scorpions I had collected from the hills for paperweights.
of course, none of them ever proved to be successful LOL.
thanks for sharing !!

Thanks for the kind words on the show John. I was a little skeptical about the pressure pot until I did some comparison castings. Consider me a believer. A massive difference and such a simple process. Thanks for tuning in to the show.
