Well I got this done yesterday. It's the first one I restored I'm pretty happy with it it wasn't in that bad of shape but still. I lost the before pics but I did post them here a whole back. Anyway here she is.

Thank ya sir. This was my first restoration. Ot was a pretty simple one, but I had mo clue how hard the old finish would be to get off the knob and tote.

I didn't get Amy shavings yet. My honing jig just arrived today, my hand sharpening skill were seriously lacking. So maybe tonight I can get some. By the way any tips on what you use for the best results. Waterstone, oil stone, sandpaper, all ideas welcome.

Thank ya the honing guide works great. My chisels have never been Sharp actually I reckon. It sure does make em easier to use.
