I'm looking for a decent drill press in the $200-$280 range. Northern Industrial tools has a couple that interest me along with TD Industries. I can't find any reviews on their drill press which isn't unusual for drill presses not that I've started looking for one. I just don't want to spend the money to find out I've bought a piece of junk. Floor or benchtop is OK. I want to do some light milling also so power is important to me and these are either 1/2 or 3/4 horse drill presses. Is anyone familiar with either of these companies and their drill presses?

Thanks

Welcome to the site.
Have not heard anything about Northern tools good or bad.
Have you tried Grizzly? I have heard nothing but good about their tools.
I have a cheap benchtop one because I don't really use it much.
