I've recently made a couple pens of cocobolo, ebony and teak. All of these woods will take a pretty high polish using micro-mesh. I think they will develop a nice patina from use with the combination of hand oil and being polished from frequent touching. I wanted to put something on the wood to gloss it up just a bit more before giving them away. Wax seems to do a decent job, but I was reading about HUT Perfect Pen Polish. I was wondering if this was a good no-finish finish. Also interested in other suggestions, particularly those that I might be able to get at a hardware store or big box store. I don't have a woodworking store nearby.
