Well just finished up a new mallet. I had been working on a lot of big projects lately and it was just really nice to relax and build something small and fun. I just kinda came up with it as I went using some scrap material. It's ash walnut and a little bit of red cedar.

Thanks for all the comments. It was a lot of fun. And mike its pretty thick in your hand. I don't have a scale to way it but I have a 16 oz. Rubber mallet and it feels like they weigh about the same amount.
