I have set of 10 Japanese chisels from a professional woodworker. there is an eggplant ( or pepper) kind of logo under trademark.

There is some English on it too says Trademark Best Steel.

There is also something like a capital G on the chisel above the eggplant logo.

Anybody has an idea what brand of this chisel set ?

Google the store "Japanese Woodworker" in Alameda, Calif. You can give them a call and they should be able to help you out. They have a whole store full of Japanese tools. They have an excellent catolog also.
