Will try plan A. If this doesn't work it's on to plan B...

I made mine with the V going the opposite direction and made the fences about 4' long with a stop on it so you could make multiple cuts. Making the V the opposite direction you can have a fence in front to cut the parts off at 90 degrees.

If you had elongated the slots for the lock down knobs on the fences you could set yours's up at different angles. On mine, the fences were permanently glued and nailed down.
This will be fine for my needs. I’m going to redo my poster frames again. I normally just use the miter saw. I will figure the spline jig in now and move to the next stage.
I get side tracked when I get bored working on something. Maybe I can get back to this today..
This part is about done...

I may or may not add track to this later.
With that removed I can focus on the spline jig..

Making the jig is beneficial to me as I’m going to remake my poster frames And want to add the spline to the frame. I have a Senco Senclamp which allows me to connect the corners, but tye splines should be more decorative and less of a chance of cracking the frame.

Good looking sled. Lot of work must go into building one.

Trying to put as much as I can in one, so I don’t take a lot space when it’s put away..
That’s the fun of woodworking. I have no woodworking commitments. I can jump from a multi sled, poker table, miter saw bench, etc. I work on whatever I want at the speed I want.

So have fun…
