I'm looking for some feedback from anyone with the knowledge...
I'm interested in a moulder to make T&G flooring out of my kiln dried hardwoods. I like the look of the logosol but it's also $10,000. Anyone have any experience with a smaller, less expensive unit?. I've seen one made by a company called woodmaster, it's around $2,000. I just don't want to end up with a unit that I kick myself for "getting what you pay for"...:furious:

Wouldn't a regular planer and shaper do the same thing for
a lot less cost?
Tongue and grooves are really easy on a shaper, and board widths
wouldn't matter.:icon_smile:

Good point, I do have a nice powermatic 18" planer. What do you recommend in a shaper?. I'm a sawmill guy, the finish machinery is still a bit new to me...
