Low Profile Dust Separators: Oneida Low-Pro (low profile) or Dustopper ?

I use a Dust Stopper on the vac that collects my blade guard. Works well. I will say side by side my mini cyclone definitely retains more suction.

If this is for general clean up, I gave up on the cyclone cart (similar to what RB shows). My shop is fairly large and I got tired of moving it around. I went to a shopvac (Ridgid with push handle) and bags + HEPA filter. I know the bags cost but I'm much happier now. The dust is retained in the bag vs. donning a mask and dumping out a 5 gallon bucket.

Re: the DustStopper, I think it works "OK". Below are pics of probably 6 months of use at a fairly reasonable rate lately with the cabinet project. I noticed when I took the lid off there is no seal. Seems like it should have one, maybe it got lost somehow? Pretty decent pile of stuff, but I'm not worried about it. Didn't check the filter but it's working fine.

Thinking about maneuverability, bulk, etc. I just don't think a separator is probably worth it especially in a small shop.
