My son has been threatening to steal my bench. He has a birthday coming up so I decided to make a live edge bench. Walnut live edge mortise and tenon frame work and 3+" thick doug fir top. Tool tray has a walnut cover with the bark inclusion as the hole for lifting it out. Big mortise and tenons are fun to work on. Live edge adds a little challenge to them. This bench will get a lot of hard use and is built for it. Not down on tenons yet- to hard to get off. Enjoy PS Top is about 24" x 5' 6"
