I went into a shop in which I have had good luck finding tools. I remember he had a Stanley 40 scrub plane that was missing a cap. The plane was gone, but hanging from the rafter was a string of 8 saws. Of course I bought them. Here is a GH Bishop saw that I thought looked real nice.

The etch is pretty clear and the handle is top notch. I don't want to do much with the handle so any cleaning secrets would be welcome. Also info on Bishop saw dating would be appreciated.
