I can't help but notice that bowls are pretty much the "in" thing, so I'm curious of how our lamps will go over.

lamps vs bowls

An old friend had a go at turning lamp bases back in the 90s.
He had access to a variety of woods. They sold well at first, but table lamp fashion turned to metal and fancy stones like onyx, marble and granite.
