Hi Ryan, looks like a pricey hunk of MDF to me. Here's a link to the Jessum plate instruction pdf. Toward the end they show a procedure to cut the hole without the template. :smile:
Ryan - I just read through those instructions. I doubt if you want to buy a 1-1/2" diameter shank bearinged bit to get the 3/4" radius. You can make your own template easy enough though. The inside dimensions of the template cutout would need to be 9½x12" with 7/8" radius corners. You can get the 7/8" corners with a 1¾" forstner bit. Use a 3/4" bushing and a 1/2" bit with the template to make the cutout.
