Makes blades seem like quite the bargain considering all the work that goes into them. Also, there seems to be a fair amount of human quality control. If one of those guys misses just a little flaw, someone gets a blade that's not right. From what I read here on the forum, that happens sometimes.

I've seen similar videos of the DeWalt operation in the UK, and the Irwin Marples blades being made in Italy. It's always fascinating. Thanks for posting this.
