I use a tennoning jig to cut my guitar rear route covers.Then follow up with the bandsaw on the last two inchs.Doing it this way keeps me from having to reset up the bandsaw with w 3/4" blade.(half hour to an hour saved).

This is a Walnut Jag body,routed for a strat neck,double humbuckers.Hardtail bridge with tele control cavity and jack hole.I sell them pretty good.

Strat tele hybrid

This is finished by one of my customers,its a Strat Tele hybrid.i like making Hybrids.They are different and a lot of people dont like the same old same old.

Thanks guys,I like to make them with some character to the wood grain/figure.If it doesnt have that ya might as well paint em.:yes:
