The one in the bottom picture looks like you get that color with minwax special walnut and a very small amount of mahogany. The new piece might stain darker so try it on a scrap piece first.
Top picture.... that looks more like minwax mahogany.
The color looks like Sherwin Williams SW3103-k Wild Berry to me. It's always hard to tell from a photo but that would be a start. With the Wood Classics line of stain you can add tinting color to it to alter the color to make it match. It's going to stain different on cherry than oak anyway. You need to try what ever stain you use on scraps first before you put anything on your project.
