Cooked a couple of racks yesterday on the chargriller. Turned out pretty nice:thumbsup:

I don't know why I read this thread when I came in for lunch. Cdog you are lucky to have some pizza, I got cold meatloaf

Man those ribs look good, I swear I can smell them through the computer.

Try cooking a meatloaf in the smoker.....good stuff:thumbsup:

Daren I am not a meatloaf fan but a meatloaf sandwich is hard to beat.

Same with split pea soup. I can't stomach peas, but you put a bowl of homemade split pea soup in front of me and watch me make it disappear like David Copperfield.

Next time you have cold meatloaf, slice a 1" thick piece of and nuke it long enough for the toaster to just brown the slices of potato bread (our favorite) and slather a little mustard on there and a little ketchup if the loaf ain't got any of the top left, and you won't be frowning about leftover meatloaf. :chef:

But yeah, those ribs look killer.

Didn't Fred Flintstone order those at the end of every show and have his car tip over????:laughing:

I think I move about 800 lbs of that stuff a day...but none fer me.:thumbdown:
