Thanks to all for the good wishes after my heart surgery.

Yesterday I was released from the in-patient physical therapy facility after the mandated minimum of 7 days. The therapists said my recovery has been remarkable and that one of my main challenges now is to not get cocky and overdo it (they DID get to know me a bit).

I have NO intention of doing any such thing. I was already unemployed so no stress about getting back to work. I'm just taking it easy, doing my home exercises and walking.

Finally able to sleep on my side which is a major relief --- I really hated that sleeping only on my back. Also my bed is more comfortable than theirs.

Cheers ...

Paul

Glad you're home and willing to follow instructions to a speedy full recovery. Many years ago I thought I knew better then the Doc and did more then they suggested... I paid dearly and now follow the guidelines. Enjoy your walks!

Glad to hear you are back home.

I know how much I would hate being in a hospital.

Hoping you have a speedy recovery.
