Menards has starting Sunday the porter cable low profile ros sander for 79 bucks. I paid more than that for my refurb model.

The DeWalt one is the exact same thing, and normally only $85.

Couldn't tell you. I don't own any. Just passing on a deal I found. I may pick up a pair.

EDIT: Some reviews in magazines I remember reading said the Jets were better than the Bessey's.
