I am very very new at this woodturning thing, but I bought a set of
woodturning chisels at a pawn shop recently and two of them didn't
have the metal at the top of the handle where the chisels goes into
it. I am sure there is a correct definition of this part but I don't know what it is.

Does someone out there know where I can get two of these metal
ends?

Thanks for Tips Guys.

Thank you for offering up the tips about using copper pipe or some
other pipe, however what I need looks more like a small cup, larger
than a thimble, but shaped a lot like one, except for the hole in the
top where the actual chisel goes out of the handle. Looks to be
made from aluminum and pretty thin metal. Maybe 1 1/2 inches
long, tapered from the top to the bottom.
