:smile:I am from Knoxville, TN and have inherited a shop full of woodworking tools from my grandfather who was a master carpenter. I have had them stored for the last year in the basement of my house on my farm. However, I have to sell that property now and need to sell the tools/equipment. I joined this forum to find out the best place to list these items online, as I am in the computer industry and know little to nothing about woodworking. I would greatly appreciate any guidance that is given. Thanks is advance for your help.

If you know nothing about WW tools, I'd say there's 2 ways to go.

1. Hire someone who knows about the tools and their value to come over and tell you what each is worth. Then list them on Craigs List or Ebay.

2. Hire an auctioneer to sell the tools.
