Welcome, so what type of items have you made?
I have dived into it all full bore. I recently finished a cradle and changing table/dresser for my first grandchild due this week. I have made bookcases, entry tables, as well as candle holders, citing boards etc,,, I have a few gifts to make then I have 4 oak slabs that need to be turned into something.

welcome to Ya

I am a 3 yr woodworker from near Grand Rapids mi.
Can we assume you've been a woodworker for 3 years, OR you're 3 years old and can use this website ..... either way you'll find us friendly and helpful. There's quite a few from Michigan here and we have some good places to purchase wood. Armstrong Mill in Highland, LL Johnson in Charlotte, General Hardwoods in Detroit and if you can find a local sawyer, even better. A few Amish will mill and sell you some lumber. I'm looking into that myself for some hardwood flooring.

Give us a few more details, like your tool preferences...hand or power, either or both? Shop space? etc.
